Marty Huntoon

Until 1993, Marty’s home was on a tour bus or in a studio. When his first daughter was born he retired from the road and made the southeast coast his home. “ I’ve seen the industry change and embrace new technology starting with my first job in 1973. It’s all about vision and teamwork. And that’s what attracted me to PDA.”
Since 1993 Marty has provided design, integration solutions, training and support for performance spaces throughout the Southeast and North America. In 2008 Marty joined PDA as a Senior Design Engineer and Consultant. He also serves as a faculty member and consultant to the National Baptist Drama Conference and National Creative Arts Festival. He is a member of the United States Institute of Theatre Technology, the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America and the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers. He enjoys spending time with his family and taking in all our area has to offer.
