Hunter Laird

Hunter Laird came to the Charleston area in 2006 from the Mississippi Gulf Coast to continue his audio career after the 2005 Hurricane Katrina disaster. After graduating from Full Sail in Orlando in 2003, Hunter worked at LA Post in Baton Rouge, LA as a sound designer and studio engineer for radio, film, and many different bands from the greater New Orleans area. He has a background in live sound design and production, web design, as well as surveying and construction. Hunter joined PDA in 2006 and has helped the install department become what it is today, quickly becoming one of the project managers as well as one of only two certified riggers in the Charleston area. In his spare time he enjoys recording bands, running sound at local venues, boating, and fishing.
