For over two decades PDA has been dedicated to exceeding our customer’s expectations; this makes for happy customers. Sometimes our customers are so happy they ask if we can provide full-time solutions. Such is the case with our Hotel and Convention Services.

In 2006, PDA was approached by the Embassy Suites and North Charleston Convention Center to become the in-house audio visual solution for their hotel and convention services. For the past few years we have provided a single point of contact that is immediately available to design, set and strike everything AV in this bustling hotel and convention center. PDA has an office, equipment and friendly staff onsite to handle the AV requests – including those last minute pop-ups.

What happens when it’s a show that requires more gear than we have onsite? We have the ability to call the guys at our home office when we need back up. Unlike many In-house AV companies, PDA has the variety of inventory to handle it ourselves – need a set or backdrop, confetti launch for the top salesperson award, or a concert line array sound system for the B-52s you hired because the CEO likes them? We got all that and more.
